A Very Good Week.
This week has really flown by. Lori worked three 1/2 days this week. She took off today to get her weekly massage and to recoup after a busy week. She is a little tired but other than that she is feeling good. Lori went to a craft fair with her good friend "Liz" so we have more stuff to put up on the walls (Yeah!). Lori's bible study also keep her pretty busy. She puts in a couple of hours a day on her weekly homework. We have signed up for a yearly membership at a local health club so we can all go down and get healthy.
Lori and I go to Seattle on Monday and Tuesday for scans so please keep Lori in your prayers and pray for great CT Scan results. If everything looks great then Lori will take off until the new year. She needs the break.
Ashton is out of her sports now. She is supposed to start her "Elf" job sometime this week. I think she may start tonight. Other than that Ashton has been perfecting her telephone voice and developing new a interesting ways to scare Tony and the dogs.
Tony and Justin had his sport banquet last night. It went on forever. Justin received his first varsity letter so we are pretty proud of him. Tony has decided not to play basketball. He wants to take off some time to grow. He has also starting lifting daily at our new health club with a friend of his so they are getting ready for baseball and football. Tony also received a presidential achievement award from his middle school last week. The high school principal said that only one child per 8th grade school gets one. Tony was pretty happy and we will be mounting the certificate on his wall of fame
I have been pretty busy this week with reorganization our High School Booster Committee. We have lots of work to do. I had a meeting on Monday, met with the school architect on our new high school on Tuesday, had a booster club meeting again on Wednesday and then met with the athletic directory on Friday to discuss school policies on razing money. I was at the school a lot this week but being involved is pretty important to us.
Please remember to pray for great CT scans for Lori on Monday. We feel the power of your prayers everyday.
God Bless
