Sorry for the delay in an update.  I had to reload my workstation and I lost a lot of my formatting.  Never the less we are back up.

Lori has been pretty sore from her surgery (port) from last week.  She is getting better but still a little sore. Lori has been active in her bible study and is growing by leaps and bounds.  Lori and I are faithful in our nightly devotions.  We have found a book with daily scriptures focused towards healing and we can't go to sleep at night until we read our daily bread.

The kids are both out of school sports for this quarter.  Tony is playing AAU basketball and I'm still assisting.  It is amazing how big this group of boys are getting.  I have plaques of all the kids in my office for football, baseball, softball and basketball and it is my shrine for my coaching career.  It is fun to look at them 4 years ago and see how much they have grown.  I'm pretty proud of all of the them.

Lori has also been coming in to work more.  She is more comfortable wearing her wig (which looks exactly like her old/sleeping hair).  Most people who see her with her wig note that it looks like her.  She is getting stronger by the day and her outlook and drive is amazing.

We are getting anxious for our trip to Louisiana for thanksgiving.  We have always wanted to go back home for this holiday but this year we made it a priority. We will be staying at the Briley Bed and Breakfast (my cousins) for the week and hope to see lots of family and enjoy some fried turkey.  I'll make sure to update everyone when we get back.

Keep up your positive thoughts and prayers.  All you prayer warriors please remember to pray for Lori on December 1.  This is when we get our next set of CT scans and plan out our radiation schedule.

God Bless.
